A graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Nicole has served as a Public Information Officer for the City of Riviera Beach, Riviera Beach Police Department and The Department of Health in St. Lucie County. Nicole also holds certifications in Leadership: Foundational Principles and Digital Marketing Strategy from Harvard University and The University of Edinburgh, respectively.
